Forex-Affiliate.com is a leading forex affiliate program. Significant amount of commission can be earned if you are able to acquire new users for forex-affiliate's partner currency trading platforms such as Easy-Forex. Joining forex-affiliate basically makes you an easy-forex affiliate.
I do not think forex-affiliate is a scam. I have been paid by forex-affiliate.com. However, the payout is not automatic - I had to request a few times before the my commission was finally paid. There are affiliates earning impressive amount of money by promoting their trading platform.

They might claim to have paid their "clients on time, every time", but I, as well as a lot of affiliates I know, had to go through quite a bit of hassle to get our commissions. Just search online for "clickbank check/cheque not received" or "commission or payment not received", etc, and you will see for yourself how many related posts you get.

Before you receive your first check as a clickbank affiliate, you will have to generate sales that include sales made with atleast 5 or more different credit card numbers, including at least one Visa card and one MasterCard. PayPal and e-check purchases do not count toward the minimum. It is also required that the check balance reaches the payment threshold amount you have chosen in your account. The default threshold amount is $100 USD, which you can change. The minimum payment threshold amount is $10 USD and the maximum is $10000 USD.
Direct Deposit is not enabled until you receive 3 paychecks within 12 weeks - meaning you can only receive commissions using check sent through ordinary mail. Commissions range from 1% to 75% and are determined by the publisher of the product. The minimum commission for a single sale is $0.25, and the maximum is $100.00. If you are able to sell a recurring billing product, you will earn commission for the life of the subscription.

However, the payments were irregular and I had to contact their support several times to get the money. Checkmystats is not a scam, but they are definitely not my favourite affiliate network.
I have been using Bidvertiser for quite sometime now and they did pay me multiple times. I have no reason to believe that bidvertiser is a scam. Although there has been a few times when my earning was reduced. They claim there were invalid clicks. Whatever.
Bidvertiser does not have a 'minimum site visitor' requirement like some other affiliate programs or networks - so even if your site is new and do not have many visitors, you can still apply for their affiliate program.
If your site is approved to join the Bidvertiser program, you simply have to copy and paste the HTML codes provided into your web pages and ads will instantly start appearing. Like the name suggest, advertisers bid against each other for available advertisement space on your site. Those advertisers that have bid the highest amount will have their ads displayed on your site. You have control over the ads displayed on your website. As stated in their website, Adtoll provides the link between publishers who want to sell ads on their web sites and advertisers who want to buy ads. Numerous websites are doing business with this company. Adtoll is not a scam. It was owned and operated by Purplex Pty Ltd before being acquired by Adtoll.com LLC.
Adtoll offers the choice of fixed price sponsored ads or cost-per-click based Run of Network (RON) ads to advertisers (merchants). A Sponsored Ad is a fixed price ad shown on a particular site over a period of time. The price is determined by the affiliate (publisher).
One can browse the directory of websites that are associated with Adtoll and choose the site(s) where you want to place your sponsored ads. Websites are given 'star ratings' ranging from 1 star to 5 stars based on various factors, such as alexa rank, average clicks/ad/week and average cost-per-click (CPC).
