Checkmystats.com.au is owned and managed by the Outsmarted.com network. As mentioned in their website, their current focus is on Australian, UK and USA markets. But they do accept international affiliates and merchants.
Checkmystats does not accept affiliates from China. For more details, visit their home-page. I had a few of their campaigns on this website and have received payment from them. However, the payments were irregular and I had to contact their support several times to get the money. Checkmystats is not a scam, but they are definitely not my favourite affiliate network.
